Our story can be found in every meal, every bite, every craving. When our founder, Gus Klemos, decided to shake up the bakery industry in 2017, he did so with the goal of inviting everyone back to the table – no matter their diet. And we’ve been striving for that ever since. Because we’re not a company that looks at things year-to-year, month-to-month, or even day-to-day, but meal-to-meal.
